How To Burn Fat
If you want to lose weight fast, then you need to understand how to burn fat!
There is no secret to losing weight fast, however, there are a lot of myths - if you want to see results, quickly, then you need to know how to burn fat!
There are three golden rules that need to be followed if you want to lose weight quickly:
- Get some exercise
You can either do cardiovascular workouts (running, aerobics, football etc) or weight training exercises - it doesn't matter which - in fact both together will see the best results! - Adjust your diet
You don't need to go "on a diet", you simply need to adjust the quantities of what you eat. Eat more protein and reduce your fat and carbohydrate intake. Aim to eat 500 calories per day less than your body needs (2,500 for an average man, 2,000 for an average woman). - Measure your progress
You won't see the weight fall off day-by-day, no matter what amount of dieting or exercise you do, so to keep your motivation up, it's best to keep a track of your progress. Don't weigh yourself, take body fat readings and photos of yourself each week. You should be able to see improvements week-by-week, which will keep you motivated.
