Fat Burning Foods
There are some foods that have a negative effect on the body, in terms of energy. These foods are good for fat burning, because they help to increase the metabolism, resulting in a net loss of energy after consumption.
To make it simpler to understand, here's an example. A stick of celery may only provide 1 calorie in energy, however to chew and digest it consumes more than 1 calorie. So if you just ate celery, after a few days you would notice that you had lost weight.
It's not a good idea to live off celery, and thankfully there are some more interesting foods that have these same fat burning properties, they are generally fruits and vegetables:
