Fat Burning Exercises
Any exercise compared with doing no exercise will promote fat burning in the body, however there are some exercises that will help you burn more fat, therefore yielding quicker results.
Aerobic exercise
This is commonly known as the best way of burning fat. It is a good way of increasing your fitness and is known to promote the release of endomorphins in the brain which make you feel happier.

Weight trainig exercises
It is a common misconseption that weight training exercises will have you looking like a Russian shot-putter within weeks. In fact, it is incredibly hard to increase your muscle size without following an intense weight lifting regime and eating the correct amount of protein and carbohydrates.
Weight training is a very effective way of burning fat, and it does this by increasing the body's resting metabolic rate, such that you burn more calories when resting than someone who doesn't lift weights. The exact increase will be dependent on the intensity of your trainig. Suffice to say that if you want to lose weight, lifting weights is a very good way of doing so. It will also make your body look more toned in a shorter period of time than aerobic exercise.
The best way to burn fat is to combine aerobic activity with weight training exercises, this can be within the same workout or you can split your training days into aerobic training days and weights training days.
